Wonder if the waistcoat will still call him up now he has retired to the Saudi league.
Least someone has said the following after all the talking he did re Qatar and then jumped at the money in the Saudi League:

Henderson has been criticised by some LGBTQ+ campaigners over the transfer, as same-sex sexual activity is illegal in Saudi Arabia. The player has publicly supported the LGBTQ+ community in the past.

"So Jordan Henderson finally gets his move to Saudi Arabia," said former Aston Villa midfielder Thomas Hitzlsperger, who came out as gay in 2014.

"Fair play to him, he can play wherever he wants to play. Curious to know though how the new brand JH will look like. The old one is dead!

"I did believe for a while that his support for the LGBTQ+ community would be genuine. Silly me…

I'll never be in a position where someone is offering me eyewatering sums to go against my beliefs, but he looks a bit of a dick going there given his previous statements.

He may as well go and get loads of money and look a **** given his previous statements. Either way it means he will not be back playing for an opposition team at Anfield - he will be well aware what a lovely welcome they give their former idols.

Serves Henderson right. He deserves everything he gets for his virtue signalling. I despise the politicisation of football and Henderson, like so many, is just another hypocrite. I don't care what Henderson has to say about anything other than football.

a 2 1/2 hour podcast very deep interview with Jürgen Klopp (only in German)

perhaps someone knows a Liverpool fan who would subtitle it..or someone who share it in a Liverpool forum
