"That decision at Spurs" is the new version of spending the "Coutinho money".

Every crap, dodgy decision they get in their favour now, they all point back at that (admittedly shocking) Spurs decision as evidence that they don't get all the decisions. Well I think that bad decision has been repaid multiple times now, but they'll keep coming out with it whenever they get one, just watch.

Just like how whenever they spent big for years, they all claimed it was spending the money from Coutinho. Some of them probably still think that about new signings now, the way they go on about it.

Just seen the clip for the dippers goal. So much wrong with that a top ref should not be making so many mistakes in such a short time.

First the dipper defender cheating claiming a head injury, clear cheating.

Secondly the dipper defender was clearly hit my his own keeper ! But not on the head.

Thirdly the ref stopped play with forest in possession.

Forth the ref than restarts the game by giving the ball to the dipper keeper who committed the 'foul' in the first place.

Then the ref is dishing out cards against forest at the end, when the ref has costed them a important point. Which come the end of the season could see forest relegated by a point.

What punishment will the ref get ?

Why doesnt VAR get involved in all these clear and obvious errors ?
It’s possible that Tierney was conned by Konate and genuinely believed he had a head injury. It’s possible he made a genuine mistake in giving the ball back to the dippers . But at that point with the Forest players complaining, the whole crowd booing, if you had made a mistake, you would have realised and thought lets not make this any worse - blow the whistle, game over , no damage done . But he didn’t did he. He let the cunts carry on beyond reason to score . Absolutely fucking rotten .

The thing is: people underestimate the demoralising effect a blatantly wrong decision can have on a team. They had been working and concentrating hard for nearly 100 minutes. They were in control of the ball, out of danger and had it taken away from them while they were all out of defensive shape. It's like the Rashford/ Fernandes goal at OT. We totally lost composure for 15 minutes, they scored again and we couldn't retrieve the situation. They are human, they know when they have been shafted. They aren't robots. Mistake or deliberate? You tell me.
I agree , not that fussed that Liverpool won, I expected them to anyway, and even if them dropping points would have been great news for us the real injustice is for Forest. They lost what could be prove to be a very important point come the end of the season. If the boot would have been on the other foot the media would have been full of Klopp demanding a replay.

I thought the Match if the Day analysis was pretty good and fair, but they only ever said how Liverpool benefitted and how it was bad for Forest.

They never mentioned how bad the decision was for ourselves and Arsenal. I'm sure if we had something like that, they'd mention how aggrieved Liverpool would be about it.

They are making a documentary about Klopp leaving. They are filming it now. They will want them to win everything they can to make the Disney show success. Anything that can be given to them will be. I hope it falls flat on its face and they fail, but the powers that be seem to want a certain outcome and It seems like it will happen sadly.

I can see a City red card next week. However, I hope you destroy them.

By the way, where can I watch the programme about Pep and City doing an amazing treble last season? Or was that ignored again.

Press would be going mental.

The one thing that pissed me off was Shearer describing it as a 'head injury.' I know he's big on the dementia in ex-footballers thing, so he doesn't want to cast doubt on players, but there are countless players that go down holding their head to get the game stopped, and it should be called out.

I'd love to see a study of the number of players going down holding their head before and after that rule changed.
