When Goldmember starts talking about how great the Beatles are were fucked.Klopp was a wanker. This guy comes over decent and I hope he sticks with it.

Not a chance. He'll learn quickly if he wants to win the fans over he has to go full dipper and it won't be long before he starts slagging people off and chatting shite. Otherwise the results on the pitch won't matter, they'll want him gone. Needs a victim mentality quick if he wants to be there long term.
