How are they gonna fit: Chiesa, Salah, Gakpo, Diaz, Jota, Nunez all in one squad ? surely they are losing an attacker ? I'm not gonna lie that is super strong attacking depth compared to Arsenal. But their midfield is ass and defense are not as good to give us trouble.

How did these wankers get an Italy international from a team like Juve for just £10m?
Italy currently have the worst team in their history. Being an international for them now is like being an international for England around the Hodgson era of squad he had to choose from.

Juventus’ last four seasons, while Chiesa has been there, have seen them finish 4th, 4th, 7th and 3rd. They haven't been a particularly good side since Covid ended.

Chiesa is also a crock. He’s been injured 22 times in the last six years and he is not the same player he was when he broke onto the scene after his knee ligament injury in 2022.

They play with 3 strikers. More than possible. I personally think they have a good midfield but just a lack 6 which is funny because it’s like Arsenal. There’s that 1
Position they don’t buy anyone for.

Ask yourself why the fee is so low. He's done. Nowhere even close to the player he was before injury.

It's an extra player on big wages, he'll expect a certain number of games when he is actually fit and that means benching Salah which isnt going to go down well or playing him out of position. It creates a needless headache in an effort to solve a problem that didn't exist in the first place for them.

This is the kind of signing I'm more than happy for them to make, it's something I'd have expected united to do last season.

I mean as a back up Chiesa is not bad. He's not a starter and they can easily rotate him. It's obvious their new manager doesn't rate Darwin so he's mostly gonna be shipped out next summer

So have the dippers announced the signing of the 'Italian Dalglish' now?

Their fans spent the last 8 years shouting that possession and controlling games was boring.

This new manager has a much more controlling games style than klopp so you can guarantee that controlling games will become the greatest thing ever and the sign of a great team.

You gotta love their delusion.......

On their transfer thread people were commenting on Ramsdale @ £25m and then you get

Ramsdale going to Southampton for £25m (incl. add-ons) according to Ornstein.
And we've signed Mamardashvili for £29 million (including add-ons)

They've only paid £18m doubt add ons be paid as they go down and then they'll flog him again for same price.
And like I said, we have paid an initial £25 million for the most talented 23-24 year old goalkeeper in the World. These fees for the English players are absolutely ridiculous ..

Everything and everyone has to be the best in the world - deluded fuckwits

This won't last long, once he gets embedded into the Cult's way, but so far, dare I say it, Slot seems quite likeable.

A welcome break from Klopp, no stupid annoying celebrations or yapping about the lamest of things.

Dare I say It......

Right now, it's all well and good because Slot still has the likes of Salah, VVD and TAA. Pretty much key parts built from Klopp's time. At this point it's still Klopp's team under fresh management.

The true challenge comes after their departure, which isn't really all that far in the future, and Slot has to build up his own team. Could even be as soon as the next summer.

He does seem likeable.

I laughed out loud when he said, ‘does anyone ever listen to him?’ about Jamie Carragher live on Sky after the game on Sunday while Carragher was stood there.

Yes agreed.
Dippers will be shitting bricks as it’s Salah’s last year of contract.
The deluded hordes will no doubt be convinced he won’t leave without signing a new contract first. This may be the case but don’t tell me he won’t have one eye on a massive signing on fee.
That £150m is looking a long way off now.

Can’t wait til that annoying scouse **** fucks off.

As long as they don’t replace him with someone else amazing like Osimhen or Vinicius.
