They are a proper good team, no shame in admitting it. I’ve got faith in the Geordies at Wembley, it’s their second time of trying and hopefully they don’t turn up scared like they did against United. But I’ll be getting worried if they win that. They will stroll to the title and they’ve got an easy route to the semi final in Europe. Perhaps PSG may stop them along the way, or even City if we can improve.

I put £10 on PSG to win it at 14/1 last week.
Just abit of interest just in case we don't win it
 
Should be a good final. Isak v Van Dijk is a good battle. Hopefully The Toon won't let the emotion overwhelm them and slap their arses.

So they have won the finals? I think that is all that matters really.

Like you said a young energetic side with a good manager.
Just have a feeling this season it won't be one of the favourites that win it

I would not wish or cheer on injury on any players even from any of the despicable red. There are lot worse players in those teams as well then Richarlison.

likely Carabao in the bag for them and up to bottle job Arse basically for dippers not to win the PL so its likely a PL + Carabao trophy at the very least.

also will be a hard team to beat in CL for anyone. FA-cup also still there for them.

dont think its possible to win Quadruple but bloody hell this side the way has Slot got them playing has a real chance to do it. somehow they miss that arrogance that cost them with Klopp and turned it into extra workrate which pays off for them so far.

Even Slot saying tho he could not expect his side being so good after 7-8 months in the job.

not many injury issues for key players either despite playing much more intense football than we do.

all this while in the summer the main point about them was they will find out how hard to transition over to a new manager from the long years after Klopp.

please tell me when Pep leaves in the first season under new manager we will have a season like they have now. and our rivals will be as bad as theirs now.
City falling back so much from last season and even Arsenal did reach 89 points last season, dont think they will even hit 85 this time. 92 is their maximum if they win 14 out of 14 but impossible. at least 2 draws, 2 losses still in there for them and that puts them in the 81-83 points range.

I wouldn’t hold your breath. Our record against other English teams in European competitions is horrendous.

I’m sure someone will correct me, if I’m wrong, but I don’t think we’ve ever beaten one.

Chelsea in the 1971 ECWC, and Littlewoods, Spurs and Chelsea in the CL.
