One of the biggest waste of money is buying Isak when they don't have wingers who are set up to feed him. If you put Haaland in that starting 11, he'd look like a league 1 player. Ekitike fits them way better and they should've used that money to get a decent winger and defenders over wasting that money on Isak.

He's on his way isn't he? No way Salah comes back from this. Slot will be fine - he won the league title last year and although he's getting some stick he doesn't deserve sacking just yet.

Get decent money for Salah in January and spend big on a centre back - that's probably how this ends up.

Hasn't he just signed a new £350,000 a week contract?

Once a player or a club announce they want out the value of that player drops, it'll be interesting to see if Van Disney gets the same speculation after he has signed a big fat new contract too.

Think he's played his last game for them. He's off to AFCON next week and it wouldn't surprise me at all if a Saudi club makes an offer in January.

Majority of the fans have already turned on him tonight
I've not heard a single opinion that backs Salah. Petulant little child.

So will anyone now dare to admit the obvious?

They won the title by default last year, because we were off it, and Arsenal are bottle jobs.

A little bit of a rough patch, and the two greatest ever players fall to pieces.

Pep dropped Kompany, Aguero and KDB in his time. Nothing like this happened. Their absolute desperation to be victims runs though the club, and now that parasitic mentality is causing an implosion. And it's absolutely beautiful to watch.

Mixed feelings about this. Much as I delight in watching internal conflict at liverpool, I have a feeling the club are engineering the situation to welch on the ridiculously expensive and damaging contract they awarded him and pick up a fee at the same time. I have a feeling that as soon as this is over, they'll do the same with Van Dyke.
Surely since they gave him the contract they have to honour it or at least come to an agreement? Any incoming fee I'd guess would have to go back to Salah by one means or another to balance what they agreed to pay him. The only upside for the dips is that they get rid of a toxic influence, which is a shame because sitting on the bench with his balaclava closed up to a narrow gap is hilarious.

They were never as good as they, or the media thought they were. First bit of pressure and the whole thing is collapsing. Wonderful.
With any luck, the Arsenal bottling process has started earlier than expected too.
