Ahhh that old fave.... Thoughts and prayers as well!

Last week and tonight are just further examples of how mediocre we are and the levels we have fallen from.
Watched the loss to you lot in a pub in Bury, perhaps the worst aspect of it was getting pity from the rag barman. Just glad I missed the first leg against PSG due to work and almost wished I was working tonight, even more so watching Ekitike go off injured.
We will be lucky to scrape into ECL spots and if we do then FSG have to have a serious look at strengthening. Wasted money on Isak most certainly but would like to see Wirtz given more time. The disappointments being that we lost both Semenyo/Guehi to City.
I can't begrudge City anything as you lot have to be positive and beat the Arse on Sunday.
Do you reckon Slot is for the chop at the end of the season mate. ?

Liverpool Echo headline -

PSG fan: 'I thought Liverpool was like Manchester with nothing to do, but I was wrong'

Can’t help themselves can they

Fuck me…… interviews that never happened!

Even the football team is better than Manchester." European nights at Anfield are part of football folklore and Fischer couldn't wait to see if it lived up to expectation.

He said: "I hear that You'll Never Walk Alone is one of the best songs of all time so I'm excited to have the chance to witness that and I think it's going to be a great game."

So, just as the Swedish striker makes his first start after a long absence, Eccles Teacake goes off with what looks like a rather serious injury.

Of course, I don’t wish injury on anyone, and I hope he makes a swift return, but Littlewoods aren’t having the best of luck with their forwards.

Eccles Teacake …. I just spat out my morning coffee there.

Oh dear oh very dear.
Back 2 back league titles = NA
League cup = NA
FA Cup = NA
European cup = NA
Qualifying for next year's champions league = Unlikely
Losing 3 times to Man City = Passed
I think they'll probably qualify for the CL, given that there's 5 places available. And throw in the fact that Chelsea are even more flaky than they are.

And Kenny Charisma only lasted 16 months in his second spell at Klanfield.
It shows that people believe the shite that the likes of Carragher and Neville spout without thinking for themselves.

In a similar way, Neville has often claimed that United aren't a sacking club. What he means is that they didn't sack Baconface. Before he joined in 1986, they'd just sacked Ron Atkinson. Since Ferguson, they've sacked David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Jose Mourinho, Erik Ten Hag and Ruben Amorim. Six managers sacked in a 13 year period, but they're not a sacking club.

Where was the famous atmosphere last night? PSG absolutely pulled them apart from start to finish and the ground was a library. Embarrassing
