I didn't think the media were allowed to use the term "Liverpool fan" in conjunction with anything remotely negative. Let alone something as serious as racial abuse.

I will be very surprised if we hear or see the phrase "Liverpool fan allegedly aimed racist comments at Bournemouth player"

Which is quite odd when you think about it. Because Liverpool were playing Bournemouth and the fan who was ejected from the stadium was wearing a LFC top.

It's pretty obvious to me who the perpetrator was.

Why the media are constantly walking on egg shells around that club and its fanbase is beyond me.

Wait but I was reliably informed by media that racism didn't even exist on Merseyside?

£££££££££££££££'s.
How? What? Why?

Have you been to Liverpool?

The place is a toilet.

Most of its residents are on some form of social benefits.

What financial loss could these media outlets possibly incur if all the Liverpool fan across Murkyside were to ban their publications?

I've never understood what the hold LFC and its fanbase has over the media.

The excuse I think the dippers and their lapdog media will perpetuate will be one of the disabled bigot will have been overcome by the emotional tribute they paid to Jota.

That's their latest 3 games where they have held a minutes silence for the passing of Jota and his brother. Whilst the passing of those 2 young men is indeed very sad the way in which the cult have overreacted is quite disturbing but expected at the same time!!
Not so much a respectful and fitting tribute to a sadly departed player and his brother,
More a Scouse grief roadshow as usual.

You need to broaden your thinking.

They don't make money or target generating revenues from people in L postcodes.

Liverpool have a global follower base of largely gullible wankers mired in a pitiful existence and for whom success is waking up in the morning in a dry bed.

They are more than happy to cough-up their cash for anything that might remotely associate them with what they perceive as success and glory in order to bring some light to their otherwise dark and lonely world.

It's the same model applied by and on behalf of the rags and, for those that get it right, it is worth millions.

That's exactly my point.

You obviously have been to Liverpool.

You know what I'm talking about. ;-)

Another point I would like to make to our Scouse friend Slotter is that I am Irish, there is a famine graveyard close to where I live, I have visited it many times, I strongly object to some feral Scouse rats claiming some ownership to this and using it as an excuse to boo at the National Anthem of the country in which they were born.
Lets be clear, we Irish want no part of you and this action is just another to add to the list of reasons as long as my arm as to why you lot are the most loathsome fans in football
The most common surnames in Liverpool and Welsh and English, anyway. There’s only the odd Irish surname in the list.

Granted, they do have a large percentage of people who have Irish ancestry, but by number Manchester and Birmingham are comparable (despite having a smaller percentage each than Liverpool).

Plus, you could argue that all the laziest and most feckless Irish stayed in Liverpool - getting to the first place they came to outside Ireland and couldn’t be arsed going further. Whereas, you get a higher calibre of Irish in Manchester and Birmingham because they had the wherewithal to keep on moving and seek something better than the Mersey Estuary.

It was exactly the same, when the young female supporter was hit by the pot full of coins at Etihad.

The report i read said something like, "A projectile thrown from the area housing away fans".

No mention of it being full of Littlewoods.

This type of vague and cowardly reporting from the media makes them complicit if you ask me.

His solicitor claims he still suffers flashbacks from Hillsborough. So he'll get a free pass and a light telling off and be back in his seat for the next game
