For those that, in my opinion, do not understand.

An alleged offender is innocent until PROVEN guilty. That goes for any crime.

Any criminal case must not be prejudiced by the media. An alleged offender must be given the right to a fair trial.

Having a rant at the media, a group of people or myself, due to this, is slightly bonkers.

If the club or supporters association declare the person an abhorrent racist, people on here would be satisfied! Until the person walks free from court, with an absolute discharge, due to that statement.
You are a mystery to me. Did you wake up one morning and think "I need to tell City fans about Liverpool FC"?

We don't need informing, thanks.

Your club and fan base is not well liked on here, or on most football forums. Your fan base reeks of exceptionalism while at the same time ignoring the heinous acts carried out. Some in the distant past, and some very recent.

To then lecture us on how the legal process works relating to fair hearings of un/founded accusations isn't going to make you any friends, either.

We have been living that for 6 years.

I suggest you attempt to unvocal yourself on here. Your opinion is nothing new, you are the latest incarnation of a hundred previous lfc posters who take great effort to tell us they are here only for the football discussion, and come in peace.

We have seen you before. It all ends one way, and my 'scouse poster' bingo card is starting to fill up.

Explore your motivations and what you are actually getting out of posting on here, because so far it's been a bit tedious.

I’m having trouble thinking of any situation involving City that this belief has applied to.
Infact I’m having trouble thinking of even 115 …

You’re just a WUM.
What pisses me off about this wanker is that this is the Liverpool thread on Bluemoon. It is a thread in which CITY fans can post their views on Liverpool and their fans based on decades of experience

And here he/she is trying to make it all about him/her and suggest that our long held views, based on much evidence are not valid because he's (claims to be) personally not like that.

TBF that's typical behaviour for one of them

Where is that 'make it all about you' GIF

Eventually it always comes out…… it wasn’t them, it’s not their fault.

The racism doesn't matter, it's Liverpool and so it never does.
Aye...

Another disabled fan sat next to him has posted on social media what happened with a picture of him, he shouted the abuse once and when asked to repeat it by the player he DID! And then threw his chewing gum at him. Therefore it is pretty clear he is a racist.

What is it with Liverpool’s fan base and never just saying “yep - yet again we have been dickheads”. I seen a comment this morning saying the persecution of the disabled fan wasn’t fair and no one knows what he has been through… And yet they wonder why “it’s never your fault” gets sung at them.

I've had to sit down. The news that Merseyside Police have arrested someone, not just anyone, a Liverpool fan has knocked me for 6.
No one, bar, away fans, is arrested at anfield, not even those who spat at City's staff. (They were moved to better seats)

Is this a sign of things to come ? Is it fuck, the stewards simply removed him from the ground. If the player hadn't highlighted it nothing would have been done.
Because of the subsequent attention it got the police were forced to act.
But let's see what happens next.as I notice there is no mention of him being charged or banned.

You might want to put this comment on rawk in the Manchester city cheating bastard's thread.

We are most grateful for you taking the time to educate us poor folk of Blue Moon about the intricacies of the British legal system. You time might be better spent on LFC fans forums to educate them as, in the main, they seem to have decided that City are guilty as charged

Journalists use "alleged" to avoid making definitive statements about unproven events or accusations, especially in cases where legal action might follow. It helps maintain journalistic integrity and avoid defamation suits.

Using "alleged" as a member of the public has been picked up from the media.

I think you are alleging that if the term isn't used in general chat about an offense then, it would prejudice the outcome of any trial, which isn't the case.

Edit
Just seen this from a fan two bays away from him on a LFC fans website

“We didn’t want him near us and people (including myself) were calling him a racist pr**k. It was just uncomfortable to be around and we wanted him gone. The stewards didn’t have a clue what was going on either.

Missing "alleged" do you think the racist prick will sue for deformation

They can’t claim that he did a runner

Makes you wonder why nobody from any police force found the coin cup chucker or indeed the bus wreckers with the bottles and stones.

I get Johnny boy might get a bit frustrated sometimes when he’s benched due to injury but I doubt he’s ever thrown bottles at our bus

Keep seeing that it’s being put out that this is an isolated incident, remember when they racially abused an Oldham player in the FA cup a few years back. Not to mention the entire stadium booing Patrice Evra due to fact he had been racially abused by Louis Suarez.

They like to hide behind this ‘You’ll never walk alone’ bollocks as for how great they are. When under the surface they are a nasty, snide c&nts. No one ever calls them out on it in the press as they are scared by the threats and intimidation of speaking the truth, they are North Korea by the Mersey.

If you ever want to see how this abomination of a football club has control over our media look on the bbc website for the report on this bigots arrest. It's about the 10th report down in the Liverpool local news section.

In the summer when the player from the England ladies team was abused on social media it was the top story on both the bbc news and football sections. Furthermore, when that idiot utd fan (Michael Avery I went to school with the goon) mocked the Liverpool fans over Hillsborough last season the bbc had those articles front and centre of its news coverage.

My post was in reply to members of the forum, who appeared to believe, I defended the suspect or worse.

Perhaps I should have tagged them, in hindsight.
