Finally a win in the CL and the entitled Dutch baldie still finds a way to moan about opposition tactics. One title win seems to have overblown his ego. Never mind he made his name in the PL using Klopp's team and copying Pep's tactics.
 
Poor form from Slot when referring to Newcastle as a smaller club, no need to come out with this. However, he has been at the club for 12 months so the entitlement complex which some of their fans have seems to be rubbing off on him.

Carragher saying this PL season won't be hard fought or valuable because Liverpool are off it, City are a one man team and Arsenal are Set Piece FC. Disrespectful prick - pretty sure City and Arsenal will go at it hammer and tongs and the winner will feel a real sense of achievement. Pretty sure Haaland isn't taking goal kicks and running up the pitch by himself to score - people are passing him into position and he's the end point of a move involving many players. And being good at Set Pieces is a massive weapon that involves hours of dedication on the training pitch.

I was impressed with Slot last season. He seemed calm, collected, and reasonable compared to Klopp the bully. But Slot seems to have buckled under the pressure. His bitter post-match comments are getting worse and he is making a fool of himself.

Spitty is yet another biased dinosaur that broadcasters like Sly use to goad the great unwashed into clicking and venting their collective spleens.
I don't (and won't) have Sly so I don't have to suffer him and Ratboy spouting their bigoted, one-sided views.

In any case, City are a two man team: Haaland at one end and Donna at the other!

The first goal on Tuesday was as good a team goal as you could imagine.

Rico's link-up between Sav and Erling was brilliant, not to mention those, who contributed earlier in the move. Håland couldn’t have done all that by himself.

Earnie Lost was under little or no pressure last season, as Littlewoods won the League at a canter.

Even last season, the very few bumps in the road they faced caused the mask to slip. I don't mind him - probably the most likeable dipper manager since hodgeson, but we'll see what he's really like if they have a wobbly season.
