Imagine the difference with the media, if Haarland spoke about City like Salah had!

They will do to Salah what they did to TAA! and blame him!

Alex Arnold was one of their own, who was one of the best right backs ever, won everything for them, but had the audacity to leave. so they wish he was dead! They are vile

Compare our reaction to SWP going to Chelsea or Unites fans to Beckham moving to Madrid?

Arne Slott is being played by the media here!

Last season he kept his council and said nothing!

For some reason now, he cant shut up! The media will tie him up in knots and will make fun of his broken English! (they did the same with Uni Emery at Arsenal)

Ferguson, Clough, Pep or Klopp would shut up shop now and give the media fuck all!

Slott is writing the headlines for them, and being laughed at with out even realizing!

I think this is possible too. “I earned my place” has to be one of the most selfish things an athlete can say when playing badly. If he’s not contributing AND pouting like a baby AND not a leader anyhow AND a primadonna, then when he goes, it helps team chemistry instead of hurting it. Not to mention the club is going to back Slot at least for awhile and now Salah appears to have fleeced ownership with his new contract which has to be an embarrassment to them too. Take this all together and this spells a whole organiz(s)ation that thinks they’re better without him, whatever the fans think.

They only criticised Alex Arnold because he didn’t sign a contract despite being quiet & respectful.

They are only criticising Salah because he signed a contract but wasn’t quiet & respectful……

The thing is the 3 games he moaned anout being dropped, two of them he played in, coming off the bench. It is only the last game he sat the full 90 minutes for. It really is a tantrum over just one game.

They think Salah will want to go to Saudi he might have more pride than that and turn any move to there! Where else can he go at 34 400k a week? Best Liverpool could do is let him go for nought! He has a 50/60m contract
 
I’d get him for the rest of the season on our right he could replace Savinho although my 13 year old daughter could do that tbh
 
One minute the pundits are queuing up to say Liverpool's drop in form is down to grief in the dressing room and then, when their star player whose form has dropped off a cliff, exhibits emotional lability , poor judgement and anger, which is a symptom of grief, it's suddenly all on him .

Ok he's got an ego as big as the moon but the turn around from collective grief to scapegoat is pretty tone deaf from the media . I don't know if his outburst was a hard nosed calculation to get himself out of the club but where is the grief story now ?

I don't like what Salah did one bit but . ....it's so hypocritical of the media . They are all in it for the clicks and money and it's like a feeding frenzy ...

It's a glorious mess .Time for more popcorn . Both Salah and Slott gone and Slippy back to take charge ?

Through all this talk by Salah about Salah and Salahs contract, if Salah plays, where salah plays.. all of that is grief. Has he even mentioned jota lately Probably lost for words.

Sorry don't mean to be mean to you but I'm fed up of all this excuse bollocks. He's a shit. The media have reported him like a Saint but he's just a shit. It's difficult when it's a hero but he's a knob.

I'm with you , I loathe the player ...it's more the duplicity of the media and the excuses stuff that winds me up . We had to listen to weeks of collective grief as an excuse but not a sniff of that now .... It's a pile on .
 
Personally I couldn't care less who's to blame. Slot or Salah, but the havoc and general upset it's causing the grief merchants is keeping me entertained 24 hours a day.
Salah is a prima-donna in the true theatrical sense of the word: his overly dramatic pirouettes have earned the dippers so many undeserved victories over the years they've 'won' trophies they should never have had a chance with.
A self-obsessed, egotistical child in a man's body he may be but he has been an absolute vital cog in the dipper machine for a long time, so from their point of view they should all -club and supporters alike- keep the noise about it all to a minimum and just let it die a natural death,tomorrow's fish and chip paper and all that. Neither Slot, Salah or the club itself are going to come out of this with their reputations intact, so why not just agree to disagree and move on?

To most neutrals (myself included) it's great fun: the dippers publicly brawling in the street, like a scene from some TV soap. No pride,no dignity, just an all out slug-fest between two warring factions, neither of whom will be there for much longer anyway.

The tabloids are going to push this as far as they can, of course, but do the public really care? Do we really want to see the juvenile equivalent of Joey Barton and Piers Morgan exchanging insults in the school playground?
