Liverpool ticket details

Why have these cunts been allowed to reduce allocation?

I thought it was because we reduced theirs at ours because they attacked our fans!!!

However, it appears they are reduced for everyone.

I thought they had just opened an expanded end and recorded their pitifully low all time record attendance of under 60k at Klanfield!
A section of the away end corner has been removed during construction to allow for access. It will be put back in at the end of the season when they can get machinery onto the pitch. There is a chance they may be able to do this before the end of the season as the materials and concrete are now on site but it depends on access

Sold out at 24,500 points.

Missed a ticket by 95 points.

How do over 2000+ tickets sell out at 24,500 points?

WTF is going on at City and where are all the away tickets going?
Just ask the Korean guy filming the match for his vlog where he got his ticket .
Obviously you’ll have to collar him before or after the game .
It’s a pisstake now

What better way to fill the new stand with home fans, use a safety license excuse for a reduced away allocation and away section, and make sure Anfield is packed with Liverpool fans, with a reduced away allocation for Klopp's last season. It's no coincidence the Scousers have done this, even though they will say it's down to the on-going construction at the 'away end'.

I think you're looking too deeply into this and trying to create a consipiracy where there isn't one which is surprising because I follow your posts on the development and construction pages to do with the Etihad so I thought you'd be more clued up. The whole stand should have been open in August, but it wasn't because of Buckingham Group going under and they had failed to meet the timescales required. They've played half the season with a fully reduced capacity because of it and only in the past 2 months have they been allowed to have any fans in the top tier. Bear in mind that a top tier, albeit a much smaller one, existed before this season but was completely out of action for 4 months.

I'm all for having a pop at Liverpool. I can't stand them. But there is a hole in the away section that was taken out during the off season when the roof and existing top tier of the old stand was removed. The hole contained supports for that roof hence why it had to be done. They can't fill this and put the concrete in until the season has finished because it requires a crane at pitch level. Have a watch of Mister Drone's Anfield updates for more info.

Also, I don't think Liverpool have ever reduced our allocation before. I'm actually dead against the reduction of any away allocation including ones that the Safety Advisory Group keep doing for United and Liverpool at our place. The police are paid enough money by clubs and by the Premier League each season to enable them to police 3,000 away fans. Reducing by a few hundred should make zero difference. It sets a dangerous precedent and one that we should be dead against because it'll only end up in clubs going tit for tat, and, if we're not careful, we'll end up being in the same boat as the old firm with little or no allocations for away fans.

We had out allocation cut at Anfield for persistent standing around 15 years ago, similar at Sunderland and Boro also.

From 2005-2012 there were a lot of clubs that would film away fans all game then cut allocations by 10% to start with, but it died when they gave all gave up trying.

Fair play to them if that’s what they’ve done. Seek every advantage you can get.

Don't remember that at Anfield but I do remember the police up at Boro being proper twats for it and us getting a reduced allocation because of it.

Sounds like they are going to enforce sitting at Anfield next month too for rows 1-5. Just can't see that being successful. We sat/stood on row 1 there last year and were never once told to sit down

I know about the construction problems. I accept that. I accept LFC will look after their fans first. City would do the same. But as I pointed out, isn't it convenient that the away end was left to last and still remains without a safety license meaning the away end is 1000 under capacity. I should give LFC the benefit of my doubt and sceptaisam and accept the on-going situation with the Anfield Road stand is out of their hands.

It's only 500 down. They wouldn't get a safety license because there's a big hole where 150 of those 500 seats should be. The covering of the seats to keep people away from the gap is a bit excessive, mind, but I suppose it's a construction site and people are stupid
