Still the best player i have seen in a City shirt and there are very very few strikers on the world that can compare

I don't know what it was like previously but it's good to see even the injured players in the dressing room before and after matches. You get the feeling that Pellegrini is fostering a real "one for all and all for one" mentality.

If you are subbed on 70 mins (which seems the norm for Silva) I would have thought sitting on the bench and getting cold would be the last thing you want to do. v Liverpool there was just three minutes to go when he was subbed so by the time he would have got all the tracksuit gear and warmers on it would be time to leave, personally I would rather see them prevent injury by cooling slowly / warming down in a managed way so for me it doesn't look like any issue just good self management.

Silva and Kun are 2 players that more often than not go straight to the dressing room having been subbed. Don't know why, it might be a fitness thing?
