How is Scott Sinclair playing for the U21s?

In the new U-21 EPL teams are allowed to field 3 over 21 players, such as Gareth Barry against Boro last week.

Why is Hiwula now called Mwfala or something? He was called that on the team sheet v M'Boro a couple of weeks ago as well, and that was at home.
