absolutely pissed off with these shit refs making shit descisions that keep going against us! Phil Dowd had a clear view, as clear as he possbily could, and he still got the decision wrong. Now he's trying to claim that Micah was going the YMCA or something above his head. The guys a complete tool.

It was clear from the conversation he was having with Richards and Nige as they were walking off that he said believed Richards had his arm extended/

He knew it had rebounded off his leg so for those saying he thought it went straight to the arm forget about it.

How you can call that intentional defies believe.

The comments are probably because you're so predictable its untrue. Dowd walked off saying he came out with his hands up so its a pen, he saw it hit his leg he was stood right in front of it, its bollocks and you know it

If I 'knew it', I wouldn't be saying what I said. Richards had his hand up and my belief is that Dowd sees the ball hit his hands directly, not via his foot, therefore from his point of view that is why he game the penalty.
