When you consider that she has been in Parliament since 2010 and in that time must have had access to limitless personal coaching, she really must be incredibly wooden, which just makes it terribly difficult to sympathize with her. I suspect he did it to belittle her - Biden hates Johnson and all those associated with him. He can see her bile towards the EU and NI and sees her as a joke. How can you take this as a serious administration?

I think you might be exaggerating her and the UK’s importance. Biden’s comments were made for domestic consumption even if they also ring true on this side of the Atlantic.
