Loads of great tansfers but are we making a mistake????

After we have signed
Kolarov
Boetang
Toure
Silva
Balotelli

i think we will start to do a Barca/Real and just sign a quality player every summer/jan.

I expect 2 or 3 more players to come into city which is about 3 less than last season. This doesn't include Alex henshall as he's 17 and likely to not be involved in the first team straight away.

I also think that all three players we've signed are important. Some say Yaya is somewhat of a luxury but i'm of the view that
A) He's a really good player and he became available
B) Our midfield was walked over too many times last season by both good and poor teams and I hope he will become a player who can dictate the game from the middle.

I take no joy for being correct on this one but it does prove a point.
The latest defeats are all unfortuate and Wolves apart could or even should have gine differently.
We are in the early stages of the season with playes still bedding in and we haven't even had all of the new signings available yet.
The over-reaction to tyhes edefeats is truely crazy.

We could lose our next two games also but still shoudl not panic. I think 4th will be ours and I didn't expect much more.
2nd/3rd next season and then on to the big one...

We still haven't addressed the problems. A proper center-half, natural left winger and someone that can lead the line up front.

We should sign Llorente.

I'm sure that we will strengthen again in the summer (possibly on a like-for-like basis. Ie - Adeybayor out - Dzeko in).

However, even if we didn't, I think that the current team would do better next year. Simply because there'll have had time to gel as a team.

Kolarov and Boateng need a few months to bed in. Then I think we're only a quality centre back (to play with Kompany) away from being title contenders.

The club was too impatient for success, I feel things were rushed, we should aimed for the top 4 spots first before even thinking about the title.

Bringing too much players in at once, changing the team's look entirely destabalizes the team. It did not improve things as ideal as the club wanted, personally I find it made things worst.

Rome wasn't built in a day.

we need time to gel , yet how many changes thursday?

for me that comp is a good opportunity for the players to play together and start to gel. we should be playing our strongest team time and again game after game, until they have gelled , then we can make subtle changes from game to game.

the core of the team should be playing most games at this stage of season imo

You forgot the glaringly obvious weakspot, rightback.

loads of players do help sometimes but would it be best for us to aim our success,to me is simple no cause we haven't change the way we play when carlo came to chelsea he inherited the same players when he saw things wasn't going well with the lose he changed tactics and made some focus to the team as well but for our own manager he seems to get everything wrong with the players somehow which i don't know exactly what the reasons are.tevez doesnt care if he's the captian or not as long as he is playing every week and enjoying is football is all good but our manager seems to thinks elsewhere for him.lost of mentality by him he needs to go coz we ain't small club anymore all we need is winnnnnnnn.
