Loan watch

'The position' for him, seems to be anywhere within 30 yards of the goal though. He's hitting the ball like Ronaldo dreams of doing.

He's had some beautiful strikes all right but Depay had some worldies in that league as well and Wijnaldum was making a career out of it at one stage, there's just zero pressure on the player with the ball a lot of the time, he won't often get the chance to turn on the ball, wind up and get a clean shot away in the PL. That's why I like the idea of a Bundesliga loan where you get about half a second on the ball before you get hit. We've had plenty of chats over the last 2 years about the awful standard of defending in that league :)

As I said it's positive and it's nice to see but I'm about as convinced by it as I am by Roberts dribbling through sunday league defences for fun up in Scotland.

Reminds me of Lopes at Lille a little, floating around in the middle of the field waiting for the ball to pinball in his direction.

Look like he'll end up a more advanced player than Lopes though, you can see he really smells blood when the ball is around the box.

Depay is a good striker of the ball. If he calmed down he would score over here with long shot's. But he's thick as shit, lazy, greedy & blind, & he was the same over there but their shite defenders made him look better.

Unal is just getting on the ball in the same positions as any striker here does & burying it where most wouldn't even shoot. If he keeps that going, it doesn't matter where he plays, it's technique.

He's striking the ball even better than DeBruyne so far. If it's not a flash in the pan, he will just keep doing it, as it's unstoppable when he connects. He will get those positions in any league.

He's doing what Kane does but doing it better.
