Who are we expecting to go out on loan this season?

Think it is fair to say that these player's won't be going anywhere.

Hart, Richards, Kompany, Zabaleta, Lescott, Milner, Nasri, Dzeko, A.Johnson, Kolarov, Savic, Aguero, Barry, Silva, Clichy, Kolo, Pantilimon, Tevez, de Jong, Yaya, Balotelli.

which leaves us with a base of 20 which isn't enough for a 60 game season.

That leave's Guidetti, Boyata, Weiss, Nimley, Ibrahim, Razak, Suarez, Rekik, McGivern, Scapuzzi, Wabara, Helan, Biton.

How many of that list will be staying to be squad players?

I think the only 3 on that list who could stay and be squad players will be Razak, Rekik and Biton if he signs. All the others will be loaned out or sold permanently but I still think we would be better off loaning out Rekik to a Premier League team, same for Suarez & Razak.

highlighted players are players who will have no role for our first team (this year or ever), Ibrahim did n't impress at NEC, Nimely scored one goal in 26 appearances across 2 loan spells, McGivern is n't as good as Cunningham and we have sold him to bristol city, Wabara and Helen have had short loans before and have n't impressed, they may go on to have good careers at lower to mid-table EPL clubs but they are n't good enough for us. Boyata and Weiss can be squad players, but at the moment they look like they will only ever be squad players, Boyata may develop to be good as Lescott but has n't shown the pbothmight be better off moving on elsewhere.
Biton will go straight in to the first team squad if he gets a work permit, there is little point of buying him otherwise. Scapuzzi is a similar situation to Helen and Wabara, but he has made more appearances on loan, in need of more physical development, and has impressed more in the carling cup, so may make a better squad player, with guaranteed appearances in the early rounds of the cups, unless we draw the Rags etc.

Guidetti is a good goal scorer, but I don't think he is much more than a front to goal striker, he may struggle in our system, and more space restricted and competitive league, his illness may restrict a move away, but he has little hope of being better than 5th choice. If we can't get him a move away keep him till january and have a look at him in a few appearnaces or loan to the championship if need be. He has got 2 years left so either look to loan to an EPL that will give him the starts he needs or sell if Mancini decides he has no future use for him.

Keep Suarez and Rekik they are too young for a british club to take a chance on them, their devolment will only stall, although I have more faith that players from their generation, including Marcos Lopes will make a significant impact in the first team.

Re: Loan's

The one's you have highlighted is probably right along with Harry Bunn. So that leaves Guidetti, Boyata, Weiss, Razak, Suarez, Rekik and Biton.

It's a fine line in what you do with these players. Do you keep them around the first team squad and get a carling cup game here and there and maybe 10 mins in a comfortable league win or do you send them on loan to gain valuable first team experience.

Re: Loan's

As Boyata is over 21 he could be included in the main UEFA squad as a club trained player, last season we only had Micah who qualified which left us 3 players short in that category. If we're offloading a defender either selling Kolo or loaning Savic may be a better idea from the CL angle.
