I'm from Middleton and Norby Devlin has been an urban legend around here for donkeys years, I still call people "norby" as a put down when they're talking bollox.

I've also met "Anthony the bus driver", a funny fella, god knows why he walked about in full uniform and telling everyone he was a bus driver, a black guy with big white eyes and a brilliant smile, he was harmless and always happy and smiling.

Heard of "Wanky Joe", never seen him thankfully.

"20p bus", I remember him hanging around Afflecks with "Joey Deacon", he must of made a fortune

Ha ha i lived in liverpool for a few years, hearing about purple aki.
after moving into a flat i found out he had lived in the flat next door for a while,
he used to go round forcing grown men to squat and feeling there muscles.
needless to say my door was bolted permanently.
