I find it quite probable that somebody else has created a topic on this and if they have I apologise and feel free to point me in the right direction and delete this.
However.
Is anybody else having problems logging on to City's website? I just can't get into my account and when I click on forgotten password it says a new password has been e-mailed to me but there is never an e-mail there. Has something changed or is it just something wrong with my account?
