London Clubs

I've not been down there for years and it's probably all changed now but the pubs were always buzzing and full of all age groups. The downside was the ale. Flat as a witches tit and as warm as your bathwater when you're getting out. I used to drink bottles of pale ale, which was a great drink.

Virtually every post you do involves some reference to alcohol.

I think you should seek help ;-)

You're right. Think I shall seek help down the pub.

To be honest, I think it would depend on whereabouts in London you were from.

I'd go for Charlton though, seeing as how I lived near there for a short period.

The London equivalent of Manchester City - West Ham.

They're owned by Pornographers and managed by Sam Allardyce. City are more an equivalent of Chelsea now! Although better.

It's not really a question I can answer because it would've depended whereabouts in London and other factors like Family or initial experiences. QPR have always stuck out as a cool Club to follow but I also like Crystal Palace.

Millwall is the loudest ground in London I've ever been to.

Manchester City. It was good enough for Big Mal as a kid so if I was a Cockney I'd feel the same.

For those who don't know? Allison listened to the FA Cup Final between City and Everton as a kid and Manchester City became 'his team'. Many, many years before he actually joined Joe at Maine Road in 1965.
