Long throws

Yeah everybody's going on about Delap's long throws but that's all Vinnie Jones used to do for Wimbledon, pump it in the box with a throw.

Just seen Chelsea dance around a VJ throw on premier league years, so thought I'd bring it up.

The issue with Delap's throws is not so much that they are long, as you rightly point out long throws are nothing new, but its that they are flat and they don't loop like most long throws do.

I saw that last one on YouTube the other day. I love the way he covers his nuts up to start with, not sure what that was all about!..... fair play to the lad he got up and stood in the same position.
