do any of you lads have the dates when city are in your neck of the woods for the football challenge tournament..i know we play in vancouver so it must be the end of that week around 23rd or 24th july..any help lads

I too am very interested if anyone knows the answer to that question because I'll be in the US in June/July.

Hey Pal, i wont be there for the FA Cup final (Im going to my mates pub down in Savannah, GA which should be rocking!)

But im in Anaheim for a conference from 5/20 thru 5/25 and will therefore be there for the last game vs Notlob, any ideas where i will be able to catch the game which is on the Sunday of course and at 4.00pm KO UK time, so 8am KO West Coast time right?

Any advice would be most welcome !

Depends on where you're staying. If you're in venice/santa monica go to cock n bull or king's head in santa monica. If you're in burbank/studio city go to fox n hounds or if you're in Hollywood there's the cat n fiddle (which is shite) or Dillions (marginally better as good price of beers) - you're also right on time

Dont really know Anaheim too well...Any sports bar worth their salt has FSC - a wink to the bar maid and they'll usually switch the TV nearest... sure you know the drill

You got it pal, i arrive on Friday so i have plenty of time to have a few 'dry runs' to find a suitable watering hole for the Sunday....wee bit early for them on the West Coast thou isnt it....

It's locally known as the coke 'n' blow, full of scratters but prob decent for a game unless Scouse/arse/rags/chelsea/spurs are playing;)

I visit friends in LA quite often and often watch City games in the C&B. Never see many Blues in there. I think United are playing on cup final day before us, so it will be full of the usual RAG's (my mate included) you do get a good full English in there as well!

Oooohh it'l be full of rags then if thats the case but as long as theres a few blues in there you can laugh when we lift the cup, the rags won't stay around though as they'l be crying in their marghurita's in La Cabana haha.
