I lost the lad's at the end of last season, they didnt make a fuss about it and replaced it in a couple of min's.

It took as long as the machine took to print my new card.

Lost mine BEFORE the Swansea game! Girl on phone sounded p!ssed off, but arranged for a replacement to be issued for free - next time they will charge me.

Arrived today - no problems!!

Previous seasons the cards cost minimal amounts. This season with the new smart cards it costs £50 to replace!!!

The bad news is the new card won't arrive until May. ;-)

Hope you get it sorted, I think there's a fee for replacing the card, 10 or 15 quid?

Yup..a minor fee is charged as I recall it.

Only for Platignum cards. They are especially dug up.
