Aagbonlahor has been receiving thousands of death threats from One Direction fans for hurting him. Not his fault the kid is a pussy who can't take a hit.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

Did anyone see the video of him vomiting everywhere when he was subbed hahaha

Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor was the subject of death threats and shocking abuse from One Direction fans after injuring band member Louis Tomlinson.

The pair were playing in Stiliyan Petrov's game for charity at Celtic Park when the 26-year-old forward tackled the singer.

It was a fair challenge from the Villa man, but Tomlinson was injured and his notoriously, er, over-excited fans took to Twitter to send Agbonlahor abuse and threats -even though the account in question appears to be a fake.

@gabby_10 This guy hurt Louis knee. I shall hurt your face. I better hear that you apologized or I will find you, and I will kill you.

@gabby_10 i will chop your balls off

One fan told Agbonlahor she would "chop his balls off," while another threatened to kill him if he didn't apologise.

@gabby_10 DON'T EVER TOUCH LOUIS AGAIN WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE

On leaving the pitch, the boyband star then vomited - further provoking the ire of his loyal band of internet abusers.

A Petrov XI beat a Celtic XI 5-3 in the end, with Dimitar Berbatov netting a hat-trick for his former international team-mate's side.

Henrik Larsson scored for the hosts, while Jamie Redknapp, John Terry and Robert Pires were among the special guests to feature.

I bet he's scared to leave the house.

Not even sure those Twitter accounts are his! It is awful that a day that should have been all about Petrov and his illness has been hijacked by a bunch of stupid girls who wouldn't even know what position he was playing in. Actually truth be told I wasn't sure as I think he was told to just run around a bit and his own team were loath to pass to him. Incredible that a bunch of talentless boys (remember they were rejected as solo singers) can become so wealthy and attract a following so large. No wonder the UK is in such dissaray

Really cannot believe the media attention this is getting. Agbonlahor has had to apologize?! WTF. It wasn't even that bad, I've seen rougher challenges in kids games. If this lad wants to play first team football for Doncaster in the Championship, he better get used to much worse challenges then that on a regular basis. You'd think it was Keane on Haaland, the way the media has gone on. The big joke about it, is that it has completely overshadowed a day that was meant to be about Petrov, his illness, and raising awareness about it, but I guess celebrity culture, and one of their "products" being unable to take a physical confrontation in a mans game, is more important.
