Everton aren't an overly bad club. I prefer them to Liverpool if I had to choose one of the two. I think Moyes has done a brilliant job there and has always had them overachieving with the standard of players he has there. I'm sure no Everton fan would deny that we're aiming for different things this season, with the great respect to Everton, and that given our resources we are capable of achieving a lot more.
I respect their club. I did not respect their manager for the way he handled the Joleon Lescott saga but I think many would have done the same as nobody would want to lose their best players. Realistically we know our players are here for the money, but they're also here because they believe we could achieve things.
I don't mind if Everton fans come on here, I don't mind any opposition fans on here if they are respectful and just want a bit of friendly banter and a chat about the upcoming game. It's when it decends into petty insults that they should be fucked off in my opinion. They're coming onto our forum so they should abide by the rules (not that there are many - the most basic one being don't be a dickhead and slag other people off needlessly)
I won't lie and say I wish them luck after we play them, but I do hope they finish above the red bin dipping scum so the fat spanish waiter is fucked off (finally) and that players like Torres and Gerrard desert them. They're not a bad bunch, certainly not the worst in the premiership. Their stadium is a bit of a shit tip but their always seems to be a decent atmosphere inside it.
