lower tier

Just called the box office about Spurs lower tier. "There's not many left for upper tier but short of a crystal ball I can't tell you [when they'll be available]".
 
Well they are now, after their usual cock up! I came on here on Saturday morning around 12 and saw they had been released so rang up to check. Got told they were definately on sale both over the phone and at the ground. Drove to Ticket Office (because I had vouchers to use) and recorded the game because I knew I would miss some of it. Got to the ground the guy tells me they ar enot on sale and the ticketline had been given wrong info!!! So ended up filling out a pre-order form and hopefully get them sent this week.
 
Been to the box office today got my bolton lower.

Only sold 500 for spurs in upper tier and they dont think they will release lower

I got mine at 11.20am on saturday morning and you went to the box office at around 12 and they told you they wasn't on sale?, unbelievable, ticket office is getting even worse and i didn't even think that was possible.

i'm dreading it if we get to a cup final, theirs gonna be cock ups galore with peoples tickets.
 
Yeah unreal isn't it! To top things off they have come in the post today, and I think they have issued them incorrectly. I purchased an Adult ticket and an 18 - 21 ticket. Now on the individual tickets, I have one with a stub to the left saying adult and my other ticket has a stub to the right sayin concession. Is this correct? I always though all stubs had to be to the right of the ticket, so loks like the adult ticket has the stub from a different ticket, will it make a difference? Also, anyone with an 18 - 21 ticket out there, how many stubs has yours got? Confusing I know but any help is appreciated!!

No thats right mate i also got adult and 18-21, adult stub on the left and conc on the right
