Just checked my account and the cup schemes haven't been put on yet, any ideas when they will be as this greatly affects the chance of a Munich ticket away.

When you say the cup schemes havent been put on do you mean the points when you signed up to them? or the points for the Napoli game?

Should be on by now, i got mine a week or two after renewing.
Give them a ring or drop them an e-mail.

Yes mate I went platinum so I should have 600 points extra on my total.

Should have been on ages ago. When you purchased your membership and schemes. It went on right away. Looks like you will have to ring them.

I just rang the ticket office to add the Champions League scheme onto my season ticket and they have gone on within a matter of minutes.

Just phoned customer services and the girl says well if you haven't got them you are not in the scheme, so I insisted she check my account, long period of silence and then oh I don't know how that's happened I'll get it sorted straight away, so I'd urge people to check theirs.
