Loyalty Points Disappeared

The OS tickets on line service has been down for days and when it re-appeared my loyalty points had gone fom 3500 to 0000, panic set in.
I called customer services and had some heated debate with them, today they have re-appeared. How's your loyalty points, have you checked lately ???????

When it first came back on i had no loyalty points but ive just had a check now and its gone back up to 3840.

for some reason you have to log on twice to get them to reappear

Yes, I did this and they reappeared.

Anyone else had this problem recently,

Logged on yesterday to check my points and I was on 3675 with most recent game listed as Fulham league cup game. Logged on again today and the points have gone down to 3550 with most recent transaction listed as the Hamburg game last season.....what the ?????

A different matter here, but how come someone whos had a ST since January has got 1500 points while ive had a ST since we moved to COMs and only have 3000 (I go to every home game including cups, and a few more away games than him.)

Yeah I went to the Fulham game,
gave Customer Services a call, said they were having all sorts of problems with the loyalty points showing correctly on the OS and told me the correct number of points I have. Think I'll be keeping close watch over the next few games though. Never been so paranoid about my points now I actually believe we can win things.

I found if you log in through the top of the main page it shows your loyalty points but if you do it thrugh the ticketing section it doesnt

At least you guys can log in and check. I keep getting this message when i try logging in

Yeah, worked for me too. Got worried when I saw they were zero. But what baffles me is that the OS spent ages ''updating'' the ticket section and FUCK ALL has changed!!
