Loyalty points for Napoli....

Right - apologies if anyone else has posted but couldn't see anything...

I am on the cup scheme..Had my £25 deducted and email confirmation but no loyalty points added.

Just bought my lads online for a fiver-loyalty points added immediately...Bit concerning..
I tried emailing the club but got the standard response..

Has anyone else had this issue onthe cup scheme where there loyalty points haven't been updated.?

thought points only went on after the game, maybe the error is on your lads points if they have gone on straight away. I am in cup scheme and dont have any Napoli points yet although payment taken.

Your points were awarded when you entered the cup scheme either 100 or 200 per cup scheme. How many do you want? I appologise if i am wrong.

You get points for joining cup scheme, plus points for each game.

Not had my Napoli points yet, but will be emailing club if not added by end of week.

I got my tickets for the game today and on my receipt is states "This transaction is worth 10 loyalty points"
Not checked to see if my account has been updated yet.

I thought they just activate your season card ?

Understand know, its to ensure you turn up and not just enrolled for the points. Makes sense.

Yeh,they did say that my card would be activated,but think it was just confirmation ref the points also.
