it was interesting.
the talk of expanding your mind in the sixties wasn't far from what they now believe it does. it inhibits the barriers your brain puts in place to protect your mind from information overload. i read a lot up on schizophrenia a few years ago, there is a test they use on your urine which contains a brain chemical which is expelled from the body.. the very same chemical that is expelled from non-schizophrenic people that have taken lsd. (not sure what it's called)
8 hours was enough for me. you have to feel for the people who are unable to 'close the barriers'.
