If that’s true (I don’t think it is) then it might be time to have a chat with the scouting and transfer department, because whoever decided to spend over £110m on Phillips and Nunes only for them to be written off within 6 months beyond fucked up and should be shipped out to United ASAP.
Hope we get Paqueta, think he`s a fantastic player and it would have been fun to see what would have happened this season if we had signed him. Him going straight over to Pep and the coaching team was very telling though wasnt it earlier on in the season, release clause this summer is a Txiki special!
I think Paqueta would walk into every other starting XI in the league and any rival CL contender. He’s at the level Grealish was before we bought him.

Personally think his game overall is far stronger, he has the lot, he could be a very special player in this side.I think Paqueta would walk into every other starting XI in the league and any rival CL contender. He’s at the level Grealish was before we bought him.

AgreedStylistically, he’s probably the closest player to Bernardo in the league. Excellent technical ability with strong work rate.
Very rarely loses the ball when in control, can creat and score a goal and gets back
I think he needs to get fitter for our team though
Would be a great backup/replacement for Bernardo
And wants to come and has a buy out
Only issue is the betting charges
But he is odds on to get off
