Oh heck karen7, what did I miss? I just thought that as Lucy is one of our own I should highlight the fact that she'd been nominated, didn't want to get anyone into trouble or start a debate, just a Blue looking out for a Blue I thought!! :-)

He started a thread with i've got nothing against women but the womens football is crap or words to that effect
It was pulled as he obviously did have something against women

You clearly think that me disliking women's football means I am sexist.
And I don't feel I need to defend myself against this ridiculas accusation.
I must have of touched a nerve with you, and I thought an open debate about the lack of quality in the women's game, is a reasonable thing to talk about.
If I would have been a woman expressing the same view, would you still think I'm sexist?
If so my wife is sexist, and my daughters are all sexist.

Dasein, I asked a question of karen7 which she has answered, please do not involve her in any arguments you may have with me or women in general. This thread is just a Blue supporting a Blue. If you have any gripes about your thread, which I did not see, hence my question, please take it up with the Mods as Karen7 says. Thank you.

That's why I opened the new thread up, so as not to derail this one, and in the mean time I get called a sexist by you, for thinking women's football is poor quality, which it is.
And when asked if you would think I was sexist if I'd have been a woman making expressing the same view, you declined to answer.
Stay in your bubble and enjoy your sport, and be careful never to criticise anything in men's football or else you too may be seen as a sexist
