For my DINNER i'm having nothing, probably the same for my tea too. At the side of my tongue on the underneath I have what can only be described as a twat of an ulcer. No matter what i'm doing, eating, talking, drinking, breathing... it grinds against my wisdom teeth and the pain is fucking awful. It shoots a pain into what feels like my temple. Always been prone to ulcers, (had one that stretched from my bottom lip to my gum once, like a bridge), but this one is taking the fucking piss now.

Ha I've got one as of today and I'm sure I sound like Sylvester the Cat when I 'try' and speak
