Luton Away

I bet that some fans who get tickets for United/Liverpool/Arsenal are struggling to get tickets for this.

Will be the same arguments that the fans who can’t get a ticket for United/Liverpool/Arsenal use.
Goes to show were all in the same boat at some point as we all ask where the hell do most of the tickets go?

I don’t have no where near enough points to fo any of the mentioned games….

……..unless i’ve got a spare £400.00 for a reselling site
I get a ticket for those 3 games first day of sale albeit the 3rd window. I’m 750 short for Luton it is what it is I didn’t expect to get one. I was hoping though

I'd love to know how many current match-going supporters are genuinely on 31,000 points

My guess is about 30 plus another small group who are benefiting from friends and family (possibly deceased) no longer attending, and keeping their points active.

The following statement is always on the away ticket information page:-

From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Season Ticket Members, Seasonal Hospitality Members, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the Man City Supporters Club.

I have never seen the owner, board of directors, football management, players, club officials and staff, former players and club partners sat with the great unwashed at an away game.

Supporters clubs dont get many, season ticket members the same so that leaves seasonal hospitality members scooping them up.

We're royally having the piss taken out of us and the club are not even hiding it in plain sight.
But, but, but….
‘Your watching the best team in the world’ is the usual refrain from some of the super fans on here. I’ll say it again, and I won’t stop saying it, because it’s true: the club couldn’t give a flying fuck about the normal, average, common or gardener match going fan.

We reckon triple digits will sell through the points criteria?

Games like this are where the people who have been alright in the main over the last decade of them slowly squeezing out more and more points holder will suddenly feel the effects and suddenly give a shit.

The war has been lost, they don't want the loyal fans at the away games anymore, they want as many away tickets as possible as incentives for those with the most money and will continue to siphon off as many as they can get away with.

Feel for any foreign fan daft enough to pay through the roof to get to Luton, I suspect they'll be given a shed load of abuse.

i have just over 31000 points, thus the reason i could highlight earlier the amount of effort required to get to such a level, in all the years of loyalty points it's nearly the 1st time i have not got one in the 1st window, it really doesn't add up

Can I have your ticket for face value and a chippy tea?

We are just lucky this ain’t the2nd or last away of the season and it’s to clinch the title

I'd already decided not to bother with Luton, I knew my points wouldn't be enough and I've been to that shithole enough times in the past. I'll leave the "pleasure" to the unaware corporates and tourists.

1150 luton tickets allocation.
60% should go to the loyalty points scheme
60% of 1150 =690 tickets
This clearly isn't going to happen, going off the criteria issued today.
City think, we are thick,we are not and we can clearly see what's going on.
Unfortunately they don't give a shit.
