I totally agree with one of our most sensible posters. I can’t wait for today to see my beloved world class team. Very excited to see us walk out. We will be fine with a few problems to solve. Get behind this wonderful team. I’ve no complaints whatsoever. They need our backing and I mean vocal backing when the chips are down especially at home. Our wonderful away crowd are the best and show how we should be backing them at home

Iv put win , and I think we will, but in think it will be quite a tough one mentally after the last few knock backs.

I know Pep likes working with a small squad but questions have to be asked as to why we have allowed our squad to become considerably smaller (and weaker) after winning a treble.

we haven't made it smaller (weaker is still debatable long term)

we can factor in lengthy injuries and disruption to stones, nunes, kev, kovavic and Ake causing the squad not beong yet settled in a flowing cohesion and then suspensions due to cards

overall we have had a disruptive first half of the season but not because we have shortened the squad, the 23 man squad we have are capable of turning a corner and winning every game

The squad isn't smaller but it does have players that Pep doesn't trust to play - that and the injuries have made it feel stretched absolutely thin.

With Doku & Haaland out, I'd like this. Nunes needs minutes and provides decent carrying ability ahead of Rodri/Stones. Foden as an 8.
