If we had hung on to win in jusr one of those games the title would have been in our hands.If we don't retain the title it will have fuck all to do with Haaland not scoring and everything to do with throwing leads away in the final minutes vs Palace, Chelsea and Spurs
Then there was that flukey goal which gave Arse the win.....

Barkley didn't hit the bar, it was Woodrow. Also; if you're counting Luton's opportunities, shouldn't you also (in the name of fairness) count ours? We could (should?) have had another couple of goals. 7-3 or 8-3 wouldn't have been an out of this world score, given the opportunities missed by both sides.The games I mentioned we scored 4, 3 and 2 which in those particular matches should have comfortably seen us over the line
Even as dominant as we were yesterday and as comfortable as the scoreline suggests, we gave three huge chances away only one of which was taken. If the other two had, it would have left a fractious final ten minutes

Plus Luton fans or a majority of fans stayed to the end,unlike those from a club nearby who practiced the fire drill

They were generic away fans, mostly singling the chants you hear at the darts.We had the last laugh , when they sang "4-1 to the empty seats" and we then responded twice as loud when the fifth goal went in with "5-1 to the empty seats" , they supported in numbers , but small time and spent most of the time trying to take the piss and failing miserably.
You can bet most of them have a "second team" when they were in the Conference and it would have been the Rags or Dippers
I always thought Luton had a T in it, but when they sang their name, it seems to be pronounced Lu-en.
