Thanks for confirming your degree in "newspapers can do what they want so long as it means people buy the papers and advertises given them money?" but still sticking up for the common man that writes stuff on the Internet and is bothered by what a shite newspaper does with it.

So your defeatist comment of "they can do what they want" is sticking up for the common man ? Perhaps we should agree that the MEN and MGN who own them , are represented by a rag infested bunch of journos , with an agenda , much better than admitting they can print what they f*ck they want . Ive sent the little fat c*nt peter spencer a few e-mails , to no avail , (because he probably gets thousands from rags congratulating him on the coverage of our club). As you say , revenue and advertising is the priority in the media , they pander to their customers , but that does not give them the right to print what they want.

I suggest you spend your energy on contacting these folk <a class="postlink" href="https://www.ipso.co.uk/IPSO/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://www.ipso.co.uk/IPSO/</a> who have just replace these folk: <a class="postlink" href="http://www.pcc.org.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.pcc.org.uk/</a> if you're that bothered by what the MEN are doing.

not at the moment , gonna watch madrid give liverpool the hiding of their lives :)

Tolm was complaining not that the MEN didn't credit Bluemoon, but that they wrongly attributed something he wrote to Mad Zab. Suggesting that maybe they should pay a bit more attention.

Then you posted that. Oh Dear.

The header is "MEN ripping off this site" - that is what I was answering. As to how someone got the wrong name, I have no idea. My apologies to mad zab and Tolmie.

Stuart!

The MEN didn't by any chance use my screen grabs of the branding plans taken from the planning application did they? ;-)

SSC.

1st of October. Post 657.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1417210&page=33" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthrea ... 10&page=33</a>

MEN.

2nd of October.

Mine/SSC. (one example)

MEN's.(mine)

Is it my imagination, or do the crop/screen grab sizes look exactly the same? :-) (on the others as well)

Don't worry Stuart, I owe the MEN a few favours. ;-)

I have absolutely no idea, but I very much doubt it - I should think they got the images from the planning application.

Seriously, it doesn't work like that mate.

Having been the planning application screen grab King for over 10 years, via SSC, I should know.

That aside, the exact same render sizes on the MEN website, give it away. ;-)

PS. Got any good property development snippets you or the MEN could share with me? PM me whenever you want. Thanks. :-)

Do you really think we think you are amateurs ? I'm sure the Ball Handler got copywrite permission ;)

Do you have any idea who broke the embargo at the MEN in regards to the council announcing two more locations for the Christmas market?

Your training should be to ignore the headline and read the meat of the story, surely?

It's how the rest of us survive!
