Wrong for a simple reason, any manufacturer can make a part for a PC and it will not necessarily work with Windows as well as it should but it can still be included in your PC. Wheras Macs are patented meaning only aproved parts can be put together, this means their OS is specifically written to use every piece of hardware in your machine, making it far more stable than any PC can ever be.
Stable in what fasion?
My mate bought an iMac for about £1000 about 4 months ago. He's had to send it back three times because of problems with the hardware.
Another thing, why would a company make a component for a Windows computer which won't work? Surely they'll need a good rating so that more people will buy off them in the future.
