Thank you mate I bought a ticket as soon as the window opened. Issue is I am travelling for work and intended on flying to madrid directly. Is it possible for a friend to pick up my ticket with a photo copy of my passport?

Usually , I have been told and seen it on other UCL away games, that the Ticket Office organises a collection point in Madrid for all those not collected from The Ethiad?

In the same place as you, and hopefully that is the same again this time :0)
 
Less than 200 tickets left when mate phoned up before, either City have returned some or it's a bloody great effort by us blues, thought there would be loads left and go to open sale, great effort to sell 3800

For all of us going to this, after Fulham last night what we thinking? I think we’re going to get absolutely destroyed. Not just with the leaky defence, but I’m worried Pep will play a rotated lineup like last year in the play offs and completely surrendered, much to the anger of the away fans.

I think he will just bank on beating Gala and Bodo and rest players for Palace. Hopefully I’m wrong, always dreamt as a kid hoping to see city beat Madrid away live.

well can't believe he will rotate key players as last season it was Liverpool later that week then Tottenham following midweek but we can rotate in carabao cup anyway this time, but who knows..

I am hoping that the Weather in Madrid will better than Fulham, the other night???

But the Forecast for the weather and the football next week, is not looking good :0(

Had my ticket checked at the Real Madrid outer cordon 3 times out of 3 trips. Seen a few blues with no id to match name on ticket get turned away. Has Anyone else had same experience ? Someone reckons he’s been 6 times and never even been checked. Strictest away fixture in CL in my experience. Any blues going with a ticket that’s not yours make sure you get all your ducks in a row. Change the name on the ticket and take matching id blues.

I went Juventus away last year and they were worse than Madrid, stewards wouldn’t even take money that was thrown at them. Plus Juventus was digital ticket with a QR code.

I’ve heard Madrid are the same but it’s paper ticket at least so you could try edit the name at own risk.
