Next doors car was nicked from outside the house the other night/morning and fuck knows how they did it without getting caught.
Fiat 500 and looks like it was dragged sideways first.
THe car is 10 yards away from our bedroom windows, every house has dogs and not one of em made a sound. The street is a dead end and very quiet.
And if youre gonna nick a car why that one? I did notice a facebook post today about another Fiat500 getting nicked from Salford.

They can literally be lifted can't they? Carried off with enough people.

Will be robbed for parts same as fiestas. Some garage will be stripping them down and either putting them in other cars to sell or just selling parts.
Seen vids of some new cars where they just rip the headlights out to sell, crazy business.

My Fiesta was nicked off my gravel driveway two years ago and I noticed scrape marks on the tarmac pavement where the car had been dragged at some point. They had snapped the driver door lock off as I found that on the drive and then wondered if they needed to push it while they started the engine. Either that or they accelerated too quickly and gravel caught in the tyre treads caused the front wheels to spin.

Unfortunately we didn’t have cameras on back then but a neighbour caught the commotion (sound only) on their garden wildlife camera. The scrotes turned up on a quad bike and took about 3 mins before driving off. The alarm went for about a minute.

It’s a sickening feeling waking up and finding your property missing.

Mine was stolen for a joy ride. They must have known where it was as they arrived on a quad bike and went straight to it. I still kick myself as I had positioned the car at the front of the drive instead of at the back because I had been putting down weed killer on the gravel and wanted to stop dogs and cats walking on it.

Sounds like you just got really unlucky mate, majority of cars are robbed to order these days and either shipped whole to another continent or broke for parts.

I was a bit upset it only got nicked for fun and then smashed into a lamppost instead of cut up or shipped. It was a really fun car to drive and I had had it since new.

Then again it did need best part of £1k spending on it and the insurance payout covered Istanbul so … silver linings and all that.

A chop shop probably, stripped for parts and never seen again.

Very common especially with criminals.

Car thieves are fucking cunts and I hope they all die in a car crash.
 
They rob cars that are very common because no one can tell which is which. They then either use for further robberies or strip them
 
got a Ssangyong Tivoli, leave it unlocked, no one touches it ;) korean tractor engine which will last longer than I do

good enough to get me to the Spar without pissing me off

full leather interior, and 20 quid a year road tax for a 1.6 diesel - brilliant and less of a carbon foorprint than having a kid - I'm saving the world by buying diesel - plus not a sexy car so no one will nick it
