Now, having a bit to drink maybe this isnt the best time to start a thread, but what the fuck do you lot see in this maicon guy?

I'll admitt this is the first full game I have watched inter for a while but Richard Edghill would have been murdered for a performance like this.

Is this just a very off game or is he "good just because he plays for brazil"?

Like i said I dont see inter too much and have only seen him for brazil where lets be honnest its easy to look good (ask jo) but he has been awful tonight, playing them onside, ball watching giving possession away the works.

He's defensively dreadful and always is. Players just ghost past him and his positioning is twice as bad as Richards. However, going forward he is possibly the best in the world so you have to take the rough with the smooth. I'm not convinced he'd be great in the Prem where he'd have to defend more and get less time on the ball but I may be wrong.

perfect description, he'd be targeted in the Prem and would look like a right mug at times.

i've seen him just once, playing for brazil and he looked poor defensively, but as you can't judge a guy on one performance have no real opinion on him.
