Dani cant defend full stop, apart from the odd superb tackle, bit like Richards. I think he'd make a better right winger, allowing Messi to play further up
 
Agree with OP I watched him closely last night and thought he was immense yet again!

He would definately be at the top of my wish list for the right back slot!
 
I've seen him a few times and i'm not convinced. I agree he's great going forward but he just jogs back and doesn't seem interested in defending.

Ant right yet again. It doesn't get tiresome at all. Maicon is simply the best defender in the world, possibly even the best player in the world. I'd give anything to bring him here this summer, 50m wouldn't be too much.
 
god i must of been watching a different game, the guy was a good outlet for inter and helped push them up the pitch, but world class last night he wasnt, his final ball the majority of the time was poor, that being said, he is a world class right back and id love to see him in a city shirt
