They will come and go, but the established boozers like The Salisbury, Lass, City, Vine etc will continue mostly.

Classic case of style over substance
 
I find the northern quarter a bit crap. It’s so expensive compared to other pubs/bars in town and the bouncers are always twats. They don’t let you in because your a bit drunk or with other males.... no wonder they don’t make money when they don’t let anyone in them

There were 4 of us turned away from Walrus for being all lads, then 3 lads behind us we didn’t know also got turned away.

They took it worse than us and kicked off a bit.

Imagine any other group being turned away because of who they are.
 
I’m not surprised they are going under if they are anything like Tusk in Heaton Moor....what a dirty shit hole, it won’t be a big loss for the area
