Make Shay Stay I Say

shay given is in my opinion at the moment only bested in the preimer league by reina and should be number 1

joe hart is by far the most exciting young english goalkeeper to have cropped up in years, a class act and cannot be lost and should also be number 1

Thats a great idea lets sneak em both in goal at the same time both wearing No.1 ......... You do understand the rules dont you? Seeing as your post seems to be slightly contradictory

i was pointing out that each one has an equally valuable case for being our number 1 which leaves only one option of selling shay given, im sorry if i confused you i will post a picture next time

Good to see Mancini has picked up on Joe's less than 100% recent performances and put a shot across his bow. Also I think Shay might be Given (ha ha) his chance tonight in goal.

Joe Hart must work on his concentration, says Roberto Mancini

Roberto Mancini has told his England goalkeeper, Joe Hart, to eradicate the lapses in concentration that have increased Manchester City's workload with an FA Cup third‑round replay against Leicester City tonight.

I too think he should stay, and Hart really did start playing around a bit... Compare his performance against Tottenham with that of late (Leicester and Wolves), it's not the same chap.

Hart must stay as number 1 unless he really does start to make regular mistakes. He has been fine this season, one or two errors (as you would expect) but generally the defence has looked good with him behind them. Given should stay until the end of the season when we can get in a decent replacement. I don't feel especially sorry for Given, he gets paid a fortune and if he is asked to sit on the bench for most of the season then so be it. We can't end up in the same situation as at the end of last season.

Name them, please.

Predictable reply to this(based on blue tints) but anyway here we go......

Reina,Gordon,Cech,Robinson.

I'd also argue that VDS, Jaaskelainen, Howard and Friedel are at least as good as Shay.

I wouldn't like to hold Shay here against his will but before we let him go we need someone better than Stuart Taylor as back up for Joe.
