3 p.m. afternoon meditation

4 p.m. workout No. 2
5 p.m. shower
5:30 p.m. dinner/family time
7:30 p.m. bedtime

Half an hour doing keep ups with my lad in the garden

This is probably my main source of enjoyment at present in these quirky times (oh and the joys of having children mustn't forget that)...........
