Mancini bigged him up when he was in France a couple of months ago, along with Hazard. So he's clearly aware of him but as mentioned it wouldn't be an easy deal, especially with PSG's riches. It'd be down to whether the player wants a challenge in a top league as many top French players do.

Played against us a few years back in the Uefa Cup I think it was then, pretty sure he was their captain then too at what was it 19/20 years of age. Being a bit player and can give us cover in LB and CB i think it'd be a cracking buy. Can't see it happening for much less than £15 million though, might be a good investment though!

Never seen him play but he's fantastic on football manager. Suppose that isn't a reliable source though.
