Man City 2014 Calendar controversy

The absentees from clubs calendars is not always an issue only 12 months at the end ofthe day. However it is very strange that Rooney and Suarez are not on the calendars, the superstars of the club would normally be involved in the club calendar.

I suspect it's an image rights issue with those two.

Nasri and Dzeko are both Muslim

I suspect in the case of rooney they have realised most people wouldn't want what would essentially be a photo of a shaved chimp hanging in their house for a full month.
