I know that's basically the situation already (Umbro subsidiarity) but how many other major rivals have shared the same sponsorship?

Normally it's Adidas for one, Nike the other.

How many Sportswear brands are there to go round? I'm a little apprehensive about Nike because some of their designs are boring and these Umbro ones have been classic - but I live in hope we'll get some good custom ones out of them. Would love Adidas as my tracksuit tops and trainers are always the three stripes.

the glasgow teams used to and shared sponsors too
sad fact is nike and adidas rule the world and nike pay the big money

Umbro is company owned by Nike, today I red that Adidas are goind to be the new Arsenal kit manufacturer thus majority of the London clubs will wear Adidas, maybe Nike are doing the same with Manchester

If Nike tailor our kits then I'll be ok with it. I just don't want the same old generic crap they churn out for other Clubs.

you have a point that usually Rivals have either Adidas or Nike, Barca (Nike)- Real (Adidas), Milan( Adidas)- Inter (Nike) and even Atletico (Nike)- Real (Adidas)

Rags will go to under armour once they reestablish themselves as mid table mediocrity.
